Facial skincare treatment
01Who it's for
  • You'd like to support skin hydration and overall skin quality across the face, neck, or hands
  • You're noticing dullness or dryness and want a treatment that targets the skin rather than muscle movement
  • You prefer a treatment with little downtime that can fit around a trip to Bali
  • You want a registered doctor to assess whether the approach is suitable for your skin

How the treatment works

Mesotherapy uses a series of fine microinjections to deliver a blend of ingredients, which may include vitamins and hyaluronic acid, into the upper layers of the skin. By placing these ingredients directly where they are intended to act, the treatment is designed to support skin hydration and overall skin quality rather than to change muscle movement.

The approach is targeted to your skin. Your doctor assesses the area you’d like to address, such as the face, neck, or backs of the hands, and agrees a plan with you. Because the effect builds gradually, a course of sessions is often suggested, with the spacing tailored to your skin and goals.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that naturally helps the skin hold water, which is why it is a common component in skin-hydration treatments. The vitamins in the blend are intended to support the skin’s condition. Results develop over time and vary between individuals.

This is a doctor-performed treatment at Sera Aesthetic Clinic, using BPOM-notified products that are named at your consultation. Suitability is assessed individually; some medical histories may mean it is not recommended, and your doctor will only suggest treating areas that are suitable for you.

02What to expect

The treatment involves many small injections placed across the area. You may notice small raised marks and mild redness at the injection points that usually settle within a day. Results are not immediate and develop gradually, often across a course of sessions.
