01How it works

Five steps, start to finish

  1. 01

    Pre-arrival consultation

Tell us your goals by WhatsApp or email. We discuss suitable options, indicative costs, and recovery timing before you travel.

  2. 02

    Treatment plan & timing

You receive a plan with a cost guide and recovery expectations, mapped to your travel dates.

  3. 03

    Arrival & clinic visit

When you arrive in Bali, you come to the Seminyak clinic for an in-person assessment with your doctor.

  4. 04

    Treatment & aftercare

Treatment is performed and you receive same-day aftercare guidance before you leave.

  5. 05

    Post-return follow-up

We stay reachable on WhatsApp for remote aftercare support after you fly home.

02Treatment + holiday timing

When to book around your trip

A general guide — your doctor confirms timing for your treatment and dates at consultation.

Skin booster / Profhilo

Ideal 2–4 weeks before key dates so results settle.

Anti-wrinkle injections

Allow ~2 weeks before an event for the result to develop.

Dermal fillers

Allow a week for any swelling or bruising to settle.

Thread lift

Book at the start of a longer stay to allow recovery time.

Laser / chemical peel

Plan around sun exposure; downtime and aftercare apply.

03Accommodation & transfers

We don't book accommodation, but we're happy to suggest neighbourhoods near the clinic in Seminyak. Taxis and ride-hailing apps reach the clinic easily from across south Bali; the coordinator can share directions.

04Currency & payment

Prices are set in Indonesian Rupiah, with indicative AUD, USD, and EUR on our Pricing page for reference. Exchange rates vary, so foreign-currency figures are a guide. Payment methods are confirmed at the clinic — no hidden fees.

05Visa & logistics

Most visitors travel on a tourist visa; cosmetic treatments are elective and do not require a medical visa. Requirements change, so please check current rules with your nearest Indonesian consulate before you travel.

06Aftercare & support

You'll receive aftercare guidance on the day, and we stay reachable on WhatsApp for remote support in the period after treatment. If a concern needs in-person review at home, we'll advise on what to do.
